Our renowned classes are anchored in the fitness fundamentals; Repetition, Intensity, Performance, Speed, and Strength (RIPSS). 

 

Classes are held in our brand-new studio with everything needed to maximise gains – from heavy bags to TRX to yoga blocks.

 

We recommend doing 3 x 3 (i.e. 3 different classes, 3 times a week).
