 At our gym, we prioritize your journey with meticulous attention and care, tailoring our approach to your individual needs. Our unique RPE (Rated of Perceived Exertion) scale of "PHASES" 1, 2 and 3  is the key, helping you understand and adjust the intensity of each class workout.

It's important to understand that these "PHASES" aren't rigid categories dictating where you 'should' be based on your fitness level. They're designed to guide you through precisely what each class offers, ensuring a personalized experience.

 

At NXT PHASE, we take pride in our commitment to correcting form and ensuring you perform prescribed exercises with proper techniques and catering to your needs. Our goal is to empower you, offering a fitness experience that is both effective and safe. PHASE 1|

(Lower to Moderate Intensity)‬

In this PHASE, we focus on activities that are gentle and not too intense. Think light aerobic exercises, stretching to improve flexibility, and activities that slightly increase your heart rate without making you feel too tired or strained.

MUMFITT

Our Pre/post-natal class provides a safe and nurturing environment for expectant‬‭
mothers to stay active and healthy during pregnancy or those on their postpartum‬
‭recovery.

YOGA

This YOGA class is a Vinyasa Flow which blends graceful movement, focused breath,
and core power to create a balanced and revitalizing experience.

YOGAFLEX

This is a class designed to improve overall flexibility and strength using mats, blocks and sometimes resistance bands and weights

PHASE 2|

(Moderate to High intensity)

In PHASE 2, things step up a bit. We're talking moderate to high-intensity activities. This is where you'll find more challenging exercises that focus on specific muscle groups and boost your heart health. Get ready for strength training, interval workouts, and sustained aerobic/anaerobic activities. It's a chance to challenge yourself, push your limits, and try things that might be a bit outside your usual comfort zone."

ASS-N-ABS

This class is designed to engage and activate your core muscles and glutes, helping you build a strong, stable foundation for improved performance and overall health.

TRX

TRX lies in its simplicity and effectiveness. Using just your body weight and the resistance of the straps, you'll engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, leading to improved strength, stability, and balance.

PHASE 3|

(High intensity)

PHASE 3, the peak of intensity. Get ready for some tough and demanding activities that need your maximum effort and energy. This is where you'll experience high-intensity interval training (HIIT), intense cardio exercises, and advanced strength training routines. It's all about challenging yourself to reach new heights in your fitness journey."

CARDIOFITT is where we take endurance training to the next level! Combining the best of treadmill running, cycling, and rowing into one dynamic and electrifying gym class.

HIITBOD stands for High-Intensity Interval Training Body, and in this electrifying class, we'll take you on a heart-pounding journey through intense bursts of exercise interspersed with brief periods of rest

Experience the exhilaration of NXT RIDE, an electrifying indoor spin class Prepare to be immersed in an intense, pulse-pounding workout set to dynamic tunes.

MAX STRENGTH

MAXSTRENGTH is more of an extension to STRENGTHFITT. The ethos is an unwavering emphasis on technique and lifting heavy with meticulous instruction and guidance.

Our BOOTCAMP delivers continuous high-intensity exercises, integrating dynamic movements, calisthenics, and targeted drills, aimed at refining your physical prowess.
