PHASE 1|
(Lower to moderate intensity)‬
In this PHASE, we focus on activities that are gentle and not too intense. Think light aerobic exercises, stretching to improve flexibility, and activities that slightly increase your heart rate without making you feel too tired or strained.
PHASE 2
Moderate to high intensity
In PHASE 2 we have moderate to high-intensity activities. This is where you'll find more challenging exercises focusing on specific muscle groups and boosting your heart health. Prepare for strength training, interval workouts, and sustained aerobic/anaerobic activities. It's a chance to challenge yourself, push your limits, and try things that might be outside your usual comfort zone.
PHASE 3
High intensity
PHASE 3 is the peak of intensity. Get ready for tough and demanding activities requiring maximum effort and energy. This is where you'll experience high-intensity interval training (HIIT), intense cardio exercises, and advanced strength training routines. It's all about challenging yourself to reach new heights in your fitness journey.
Our BOOTCAMP delivers continuous high-intensity exercises, integrating dynamic movements, calisthenics, and targeted drills, aimed at refining your physical prowess.
