General Rules:

Be polite and respectful to everyone.

Act safely and considerately, following staff instructions.

Ensure your own and others' enjoyment isn't disrupted by unreasonable actions.
Club Access:

Check in at the front desk upon arrival.

Use parking bays 5 and 15. Call for gate access.

The minimum age for gym use is 18.
Attire:

Wear clean sports clothing and footwear.

Avoid clothing that might offend others.
-
Always wear attire on the gym floor; no shirtless workouts.
Internet Usage:

No streaming or downloading of shows, movies, or sports events.
-
No illegal, offensive, or indecent content; expulsion for violations.
Food and Drinks

No glass or breakable containers.

No hot food on the gym floor; sealed hot drinks allowed.

Refill water bottles for free at the water station.
Photography and Videography:
-
Don't capture images of others without consent.
-
Staff may use videos/photos for feedback or marketing purposes.

May take photos/films but be aware of other clients and respect their privacy.
Cleanliness and Safety

Put away equipment after use.

Dispose of trash properly and wipe down equipment.

Report spills, messes or faulty equipment to staff immediately.

Keep shared areas clean and tidy, disposing of towels properly.
