This is where you'll find more challenging exercises that focus on specific muscle groups and boost your heart health. Get ready for strength training, interval workouts, and sustained aerobic/anaerobic activities. It's a chance to challenge yourself, push your limits, and try things that might be a bit outside your usual comfort zone.

TRX lies in its simplicity and effectiveness. Using just your body weight and the resistance of the straps, you'll engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, leading to improved strength, stability, and balance.
