A NXT PHASE masterclass - delivering specific weight training tuition in a class format. High repetition exercises

with weight training concepts. This class uses weights (dumbbells and kettlebells). Your muscles are bound to feel the burn days later.

VARIATIONS

STRENGTHFITT UPBOD - Class focus on back and chest strength.

STRENGTHFITT ARMS - Class that focus on triceps and biceps.

STRENGTHFITT LOBOD- Class that focus on lower body strength.

STRENGTHFITT FB- Class that focus on a body strength.

NXT PHASE recommends combining this class with either

HIITBOD or TRX to gain added results.
