MAXSTRENGTH is more of an extension of STRENGTHFITT. The ethos is an unwavering emphasis on technique and lifting heavy with meticulous instruction and guidance, participants learn to execute movements with precision and efficiency, ensuring maximum effectiveness while minimising the risk of injury. Every aspect of form and posture is scrutinised and refined, laying the foundation, and teaching you how to achieve sustainable progress and long-term success in managing lifting heavy weights. 
With a deliberate focus on progressively heavier lifting, participants are challenged to constantly surpass their previous milestones. Whether it's adding an extra plate to the barbell or mastering a more advanced variation of a lift, every session presents an opportunity to push beyond perceived limitations and redefine what is achievable.

 


Crucially, MAXSTRENGTH recognizes that one size does not fit all. Each participant receives personalised attention and tailored guidance to address their unique strengths, weaknesses, and goals. The MAXSTRENGTH experience is customised to meet you where you are and propel you towards your fullest potential.
