A STRETCH class in London
This is a full body, low impact, low intensity class. The focus will be on achieving greater flexibility and mobility. Muscle plasticity is also of great importance. Learning how to apply stretching techniques when totally necessary. A great class to help recover your muscles and joints alike.
You will learn different types of safe stretching methods for all levels of flexibility, which then can be utilised to help you in daily
activities, help you recover faster, and potentially help you unlock skills you were limited to do due to poor range of motion; or simply if you are in need of a good stretch. This class being trialed for (4 weeks).
